We usually deliver orders within 72 hours maximum. You will receive a confirmation message on what's app indicating delivery timing the night before delivery. 

You can also pick same day delivery before 5pm to receive your order in the same day how ever orders after 5pm deliver next day.

Returning Policy

In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, frozen and perishable food products are non-returnable or exchangeable once delivered in good condition.

Returns or replacements are only accepted in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, subject to applicable consumer protection regulations.
