Refund policy

In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, frozen and perishable food products are non-returnable or exchangeable once delivered in good condition.

Returns or replacements are only accepted in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, subject to applicable consumer protection regulations.
